Jim BraccilleDirector of Operations

James Braccille, Jr. is a Principal and Director of Operations of Eclipse Security, Inc. In the Spring of 2004, Jim co-founded Eclipse Security and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations, including system design, project management, and system support.

Prior to this role, Jim graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Economics. His business experience includes 10 years of Sales and Operations Management providing security, software, and technology to small businesses, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. His background in both sales and operations has proven to be a competitive advantage in system design and project management. Jim has an extensive background in retail loss prevention and is committed to focusing on the specific application and intended use of each system being installed.

Jim also serves as the 2nd Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for Metro Crimestoppers©, a non-profit organization that offers rewards for anonymous tips to local authorities.

Aaron KahnDirector of Business Development

Aaron Kahn is a Principal and Director of Business Development of Eclipse Security, Inc. Aaron co-founded Eclipse Security, Inc. and is currently responsible for the strategic growth of the company. His duties include the oversight of the sales team, selection of technology partners and working closely with clients to ensure they receive on-going support.

Aaron graduated from Western Maryland College with a B.S. in Sociology and brings with him over 10 years of experience in the criminal justice industry. Aaron worked within various programs in the Maryland Department of Juvenile Justice before joining the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention. While at the governor’s office, he received a dual Instructor Certification for the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions. His duties included preparing evaluations, research projects, procedural guidelines and state-wide trainings. Aaron eventually joined the private sector to apply his crime prevention background to physical security and loss prevention. Aaron’s experiences include designing security systems for Fortune 100 companies, coordinating franchise-wide roll outs, and performing regional trainings for numerous organizations.

Aaron has also been an adjunct professor at McDaniel College teaching Cultural Anthropology and Criminology.
